Spacious room, hospitality, good spa menu and and great location.
The water tap for the bathtub has failed to deliver hot water, making it completely impossible to take a hot bath.
While the other taps in the property seem to have warm water, the bathtub tap only runs lukewarm or completely cold. This is causing significant discomfort and inconvenience, especially after a long day when a hot bath is necessary.

Aircon was strong and the inside of the villa itself was great. Also liked that there was not too many mosquitos compared to other places in Bali we stayed. Also, I liked how private it was and how central it was to everything.
This is not a 5 star resort. The food was awful, breakfast was so bad, and the pool was really dirty, like they would come to just superficially remove leaves and debris when re-doing on our room, but there was a lot of small debris and like a layer of gunk on top of the pool water.
