Communication was clear and accurate. The accommodation was very clean, well equipped and the location was ideal for Sheffield City centre.
Initial entry to the accommodation can be tricky if arriving by car, a quick look on Google street maps would help. Very minor but the instructions say the car park is level B but the button is -1.

Size of the property, cleanliness, location, secure parking, facilities in the apartment and above all the excellent communication and helpfulness of the the office staff. Had issue with drainage in the shower on day 1 and they sent someone to sort it promptly despite it being a weekend and even kindly waived off the late check out charges

Clean, comfortable, well equipped, straight forward check-in and out.
The roads outside were a bit loud - needed to close the windows at night. But that can’t be helped with a city location
