Weltempfänger Backpacker Hostel

The staff were very kind and helpful! The kitchen is exceptionally well-equipped, and free coffee and other things are available for free.

The room's furnishings and appearance are very poor, cluttered, and run-down.The accommodation is a bit far from the city center but close to the metro station, it is suitable only for a short stay.

Very nice stay at this hostel. Staff was incredibly helpful and kind.

Nothing.

Clean rooms, our own bathroom and shower, had a fridge in the communal kitchen, and lots of space (relatively, for a hostel) to lay out our stuff.

The double bed was just two twin beds pushed together so cuddling with my spouse was really uncomfortable. The pillows were as flat as crêpes and the shower tap only stayed on for 5 seconds at a time

That you had to be at the hostel before 24.00, when staying in dorm (sharing with other people). l think it was very respectful. Bed ok. Few pieces of free fruit

Rude staff! And only available few hours every day at the property so things dont go to plan, theres noone to help you but other guests. Very unprofessional solution. When l arrived, they misplaced my key and the help number to call was out of order and no staff on the property. l asked an other guest to let me in. it was a chance that someone came to the hostel same time as me. Next day they took away my towel and l had to dry myself with my clothes. Toilet paper was placed on the floor not on the shelf. Staff basically told me thing were my fault even though it was clearly their misdoings..
