The staff were very friendly & helpful. Excellent Indian breakfast. Room was very clean & good location for shopping. Overall very satisfied!

1)our driver was quite upset that he had to slum it out for the night in the car. He said the bathroom was dirty and the facilities were poor. In fact on the first evening, the parking was taken up by the wedding party and our driver had to stay out in the car in a nearby street until late night. The hotel management must seriously think about the way they are treating drivers of vehicles that have been hired for longer trips. Our driver was from Karnataka. He had been driving us for the past 7 days all the way starting from Bengaluru, and, after our 2 night stay in Chennai, we were heading back to Bengaluru. 2) There was a sign at the reception saying the 'Service charge' was optional, and yet we were charged ₹795 by way of the service charge. When I contested it, they said this was because we had booked thru Booking.com. We thought this was mot only unfair but ridiculous.
