Its location in South Delhi. Near to almost everything a tourist needs in Delhi.

We have stayed many times since it was Crowne Plaza and enjoyed our stay. Cleanliness, good selection in breakfast buffet.
All the attendants / porters / door men always ready for big tips. Even the worker comes to the room to fix TV settings expect tip and waits after setting up the TV.

Regarding the accommodation, I was thoroughly impressed. The room was absolutely beautiful and had a very cozy, welcoming atmosphere. It was also perfectly climate-controlled, making it a wonderful place to relax.
I would also like to highly praise the housekeeper, Sant, for his excellent work. Every day, he made the bed beautifully, tidied the table, thoroughly cleaned the bathroom, and made sure I had fresh towels. His dedication really made my stay even more comfortable.
Overall, it was a fantastic stay, therefore a 10 out of 10. I will definitely come back.

It was clean and hotel staff was courteous
There was a foul smell from the toilet throughout our stay. There was too much moisture in the room, and it was unhealthy for us, and our things got spoiled
