Location is perfect, right above the metro station exit which is convenient for travelers during rainy days. Just cross the road to the Dotonburi's high street. Room is comfortable with nice amenities, quiet room at higher floor, bed is comfortable but the pillows can be better. They were way too soft and flat compared to standard pillows.

the location was very close to all the major shopping areas. plenty of places to eat around the outside of the hotel.
I expected so much more from a hotel like this. I was disappointed in the cleanliness of the room and the beds were not comfortable. I've stayed in a much cheaper hotel that was better kept and had more comfortable beds. No one help me with my bags and i did not feel i was welcome. This place did not do it for me. they couldn't even provide me with a proper receipt.
