InterContinental Shenzhen by IHG

Breakfast was great but after 8:30 there is a line. Also only 2 guests per room get breakfast included. Executive Lounge was great! Pool was perfect

We really loved staying at this hotel. We really enjoyed the size of our room, the amazing bath in our room, all the facilities as well as the friendly staff. A special mention to Dafne. She was so kind, helpful, friendly, attentive and made our stay extra enjoyable. Thank you!

All was lovely

Very modern hotel with a lot of amenities and friendly staff. Excellent breakfast.

The pool is obviously the highlight of the place - especially with kids

Had requested an early check in which was approved - upon arrival, no room available, no explanation, no solution proposed. I had to ask to change room for the staff at the reception to get me another room. Had request a crib which was approved - upon arrival, no crib available, no explanation, just no crib available. Had to ask for an alternative as no solution was suggested. Buffet lunch - we arrived late, so barely any food left, items being removed as we were putting food on plates. Would have appreciated a warning to consider other options rather than being asked to pay before even seeing the buffet mostly empty. Not sure whether there was a techno festival or some kind of party happening right next to the hotel all day and part of the evening - loud music and challenging to put the kids to bed at night.
