Great staff. Close to airport. Good facilities.. Reasonable price.
The safe did not work and one of the plug points in room did not work.
8 / 10Excellent·oct. 2026
The room was comfortable and clean (thanks to Dibankar). The food was tasty and they had a fairly good range. The Staff were very professional, friendly and accommodating.
Could not use the gym as it was under renovation.
9 / 10Remarquable·oct. 2026
The staff were friendly and able to converse in English very well. The room was comfortable, clean and fit for purpose.
The staff could not offer information or advice on local shops or anything outside of the hotel ecosystem..

I like the location as its walking distance from my place of visit. Plus there are fab Bengali restaurants next door.
That they don't me after regular stays. The shower stall drainage is bad. Water collects.
