Centrally located hotel with all you need during the stay. Walking distance to all city atractions. Spacious rooms, lifts and rich breakfast buffet.
But most important is outstanding staff at reception desk. Profresional, helpfull and friendly. Best in class. All addressed issues were awaiting for me as parking place in hotel garage and invoice for stay.

Location, reception, breakfast
The room very very small, we found it difficult to breathe. Air conditioner quite poor amd noisy. Too expensive, being in the city center doesn't compesate.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were very comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was exceptional. Complete buffet with both hot and cold choices.

Hot water was great, but don’t use in the early mornings at around 7-7:30am. It’s not hot as too many people are using it. Staff allowed me to do an early check in at 1:30pm, which I greatly appreciated.
Facility is very basic, not to the standard for the price I paid for. Room was big but empty. Breakfast was decent. Note that dinner is not provided at the hotel. However, there are restaurants around. Location is great. Also note that, hotel is charging 10 euros for parking.

"Grande chambre, bien équipée. Garage souterrain est un grand plus pour nous et pour finir, nous avons bien apprécié le petit déjeuner qualitatif. On reviendra chaque année!"
