Good location - not far off the highway, close to town centre and river park. It's a basic motel but beds were comfortable and it was good value for a 1 night stay.
As other reviews mentioned, there seemed to be permanent residents who came in late. However we booked knowing this, and for the price, it was good value.
No windows would open, the only ventilation was a tiny permanent gap in the bathroom window. Got very stuffy in the night so we had to open the door and just secure it with the chain.

This is our 2nd or 3rd we stayed in the same hotel and as always the room is clean and tidy and bed is comfortable to sleep on. The price is very reasonable for a family bedroom with plenty of room and it's convenient for everything.
Maybe the empty hand soap dispenser other than that its still pretty good.

Room was respectable, looked clean, bed was good.
Seemed to have some pretty loud, disrepectful cleaning staff, walking around with no shirts on, eyeballing me as if to say "what do you want here". The place just came accross as very unprofessional & looked bloody dodgey.
Make your staff wear a uniform & stop smoking when on duty & clean out all the junk laying around, such as old broken fridges etc.
