Location was great. Easy access.
Shower was tiny, bed was double and bed area small. But it was as described and good facilities for London central.

I enjoyed staying here, close to Hyde Park. The room was cleaned every two days, and water, coffee, tea, etc., were replenished regularly. The kitchen was equipped with enough utensils for everyday cooking, so staying for three weeks was no problem at all. The location was quiet.
I would have preferred a standard, handheld showerhead with a flexible hose, as the fixed showerhead provided was less convenient to use. The window also wouldn’t stay open on its own, so we had to prop it open with something.

Easy to follow instructions and keys available. Room was large and had plentiful kitchen facilities (didn’t use as not required but good for those who would use it).
The apartment too smelt strongly of bleach and the room is set up very clinically - not very warming. Bathroom ok, needs some investment.
The lift was very small (that’s ok) but it was noisy whilst in it (screeching sounds) and I could also hear it from my room which wasn’t great. It sounded like it would breakdown at any point so after first I use, I used the stairs which says a lot when I was on the 4th floor and had a suitcase to carry down in the morning.
