Crowne Plaza Beijing Zhongguancun by IHG

We received a prompt and excellent response from the staff and the deputy manager Sylvie and Fancy. A genuinely caring , high level service when it mattered most.

Nothing in particular to highlight.

Size of room, location, and every staff member I interacted with were exceptional.

The breakfast was plentiful but could have been slightly higher quality.

Nice location. Near to Haidianhuangzhuang MRT station and Xinzhongguan shopping mall. 24hrs 7/11 convenient store right side of the hotel. All the reception, lounge, cafe, house keeping staffs are very helpful.

ACs are not working. I feel very hot and sweating while sleeping at night. Even though I requested to change the room and adjust ACs temperature to the lowest. The rooms are non-smoking but could smell smoking through ACs all the time.
