Avis et évaluations
Avis vérifiés à 100 %8 / 10Excellent·oct. 2026
The hotel is nicely designed. Very bright room with comfortable beds, clean. Exceptionally friendly staff. Good breakfast.
The hotel’s location was not particularly appealing to me. The surrounding neighborhood was very multicultural, with a strong Middle Eastern and African presence and numerous ethnic restaurants and grocery stores. I would have preferred a more charming area with a traditional Hamburg atmosphere and character.

Good price and clean
The location didn’t feel completely safe

The location is very convenient for access to the railway station and the city centre. Based on my experience (on a weekday in a room on the 5th floor) it was really quiet during the night.
The staff was friendly. The breakfast selection was good, though not that many options for vegans who might want to go for a savoury breakfast.
I stayed in a single room, and while it was completely fine for my short one-night stay, I felt it was on the smaller side and probably not accessible to everyone as the gap between the bed and desk/wardrobe was quite narrow.

Location is perfect. The rooms are spacious and modern
The hotel has a bit of a weird smell and some rooms were under construction.
The bathroom is my main issue as shower curtains are quite unhygenic and it feels old
