Great location, comfortable and clean. Staff went over and above to help me.
Great location right by the cathedral but as more and more people visit Santiago it has become noisy long into the night.

A good clean hotel in central location with helpful friendly staff
A price of the location was street noise. After everyone finaly went to bed the street cleaning lorries came out and then more so in the early morning hours. Keeping the windows and shutters closed reduce most of this noise but not a 100%

Very friendly and accommodating staff. Great location.
Room was very small. It would be nice to have a bath at the end of a long Camino.

Very good location. Great staff!
It's very, very small. I couldn't open the window because people could see me from the street. Since the room was so tiny and opening the window wasn't an option, it got quite hot, not the best combination.
