Great location, clean and quiet.
It’s on the expensive side for a 3 star hotel. But then everything in Amsterdam is. So that’s more an observation than a criticism

Close to museums which was key to our visit to Amsterdam.
Staff at reception/breakfast area very helpful.
Facility for storing luggage taken advantage of on last day.
Very nice bathrooms kept clean.
Fast spacious lift.
We used the room coffee machine once-the used mug was not cleaned and nor was the pod replenished by room service. Additional pods were however available on request at reception.

Great location. Staff are really friendly and helpful and rooms were nice and quiet.

Location was great. Right opposite the museums and 2 mins from the tram station and lots of good restaurants. For our family, it was good location as it was away from the party areas which felt lot less safer and more crowded.
It was sweltering hot when we were there and the ac was very poor. There was no WiFi signal in the room. I had to go down to the lobby to access WiFi which was very inconvenient.
