Everything. The staff are superb, so kind, friendly and professional. The restaurant has fabulous views over the bay and the food is very good, we ended up choosing to dine here over several nights. The breakfast is the best we have enjoyed over years of travelling and often in the best 4/5 star hotels. The daily refresh of the bedroom was well done and always completed early in the day, again by lovely staff. Thank you, we will be back to this lovely island and the Imperial is our no1 choice for accommodation.
Excellent spacious room with a fabulous window and stunning view of the bay. The room is just in need of a little refresh at the end of a very busy season, minor marks on carpet, walls etc .
Maybe a small lift to the bedrooms would be useful for less mobile guests. The lovely wide traditional staircase was fine for us.

La vue depuis le restaurant superbe, très bon petit déjeuner, personnel très sympathique.
Chambre vendue avec vue : nous donnions sur le bâtiment principal de l'hôtel et la soufflerie du restaurant hyper bruyante. Impossible d'ouvrir la fenêtre... ventilation de la salle de bains vétuste et très bruyante aussi.
