The host welcome us warmly and very careful instruction. The place has an amazing view with beautiful sunset. A lot of free food, coffee for your stay.
If the check in is earlier it's more time to enjoy this beautiful place

Beautiful views looking over the rolling hills towards Pienza. Vilmo is very friendly and helpful in suggesting things to do and places to visit locally. The property is well-maintained and the apartment was very clean. I appreciate his hospitality.
Wi-Fi is fast but can be unstable depending on the room you're in.

Location and parking was great. Female host was lovely. Breakfast options were very generous.
We found that the facilities were very dates including the shower, washing machine and kitchen appliances. Some seemed decades old and were not in good working order. We also found our welcome host was a little hostile when we were trying to arrange our arrival time and was very particular about how he wanted things done. Were used to being left to get on with things our own way on holiday.

"L’accueil de Vilmo, le propriétaire, sa disponibilité, sa gentillesse avec notre enfant (il a pu monter sur les tracteurs…)
La vue magnifique évidemment et l’apéritif face au coucher de soleil…
