We absolutely loved the staff and the location. Breakfast was basic, but delicious. The staff are incredibly kind, helpful, warm and approachable. The WiFi was good.
The place looks a bit run down, and the AC was pretty noisy. It occasionally dripped ice and water. A few times it woke us up during the night.

Great view of the volcano (if you are lucky with the weather) , good location for access to the town. Near restaurants etc Most staff were helpful and friendly.
Access to a kettle in the room or common area would have been good.

The common spaces in the hotel are very beautiful! The breakfast was wonderful and all of the staff working breakfast was so kind.
The bedroom did not have a curtain on the glass door to the terrace, making it feel not completely private.
