Up Hotel

Good location, friendly staff at the reception and breakfast area. The sheets and towels were clean and breakfast selection was ok :)

Despite the sheets and towels being clean, the cleaning itself was a bit weird as we did not get basic stuff refilled such as soap and toilet paper and sometimes it felt like the cleaning ladies did not have special checklist to do the cleaning as it was either good or awful. I do not understand why we should have asked for the basic things such as soap and tp. To be fair, the situation was handled at the reception (thanks to the reception staff) but I would advise to check the situation with the cleaning in general. Nevertheless, it did not spoil our overall experience with the hotel as there were more positive things :)

The breakfast

This was the best hotel I have stayed at in Italy so far. All newly renovated, no made up charges for everyday amenities, great breakfast included and amazing staff at the reception and the breakfast bar.

Everything was great!

Very nice location, not far from the promenade. Lovely staff and great breakfast. The room was spacious and comfortable. We really liked the little “shop” downstairs where you get drinks and snacks and put it your room account.

Parking is small and could be an issue if you want to explore with your car but it is also a plus that they have parking in the first place 😊
