AnnoDomini

Anno Domini is a very nice and comfortable guest house, located just few subway stations away from the main places in Rome. The area around the place is quiet and nice. The place has a small reception and four rooms with private bathroom, each. The house is very quiet. The staff is very kind and available to customer needs, and they will remind you to text them 30 minutes before getting there, as the reception desk is not open 24/7. However, they can help you with just this short notice. The breakfast is extremely nice, includes sandwiches and pastries, and it is served on a cart in front of the room in the morning. The room is wide and very comfortable, and some also has a small private balcony to use during sunny days.

Unfortunately, there were some issues with the bathroom, but the owners will fix it as soon as possible.

Water dispenser with free cold water just outside the room is a lifesaver during hot days! The check-in was smooth with Francesco meeting me at the door and explaining everything clearly. Big shout-out to the cleaning lady for her professional and organized everyday cleaning, also bringing fresh cold orange juice each day! The breakfast is delivered to your room every day so you can eat from your bed. There is also a possibility of leaving the luggage after the checkout. Overall, you really feel taken care of during the stay.

-The key to the door was a bit tricky at first - you have to put it at the right angle in order to open. You can get used to that after a day though.

The staff were so accommodating!! Cleaning staff was so sweet and enjoyed the mini breakfast every morning!! Francesco was great, I left the keys in my room when the cleaner was there and he took the time to come back to the apartment at 1030 at night to let us in!!
