Super beautiful hotel! Nice beach, nice pool, always clean and always free chairs to sit or lay down.
Our shower only had cold water.

We did a very last minute change from Phangan to Samui and booked this only 1 hour before arrival, but it was great!
we stayed 2 nights only at the very end of our Thailand trip, but the pool and beach were the perfect end to the trip. This hotel is a bit isolated, there is almost nothing outside the hotel, but we were done shopping and being in the middle of action, some quiet time was needed.

The pool area with the sea view next to it was great.
The pool bar was also delightful.
And the hotel staff gave us high quality service always with a smile, house keeping, reception, in dining room and also the pool bar employees, thank you for your service.
When we arrived they told us that the water in the hotel is going to be shut down from 2pm-6pm, they apologised for the inconvenience but in cases like that, we were expecting for compensation that wasn’t offered.
2 cabins next to our rooms they were doing renovations, it was noisy when we went back to our rooms from the pool.
Also the tv in our rooms, most of the channels aren’t working and the one that does are for locals.

Cadres très beau au niveau de la piscine
Chambre assez petites. Sans aucun rangements ( pour séjour longue durée à 2 très compliqué pour circuler entre valise et meubles.
Gros problème de Clim qui ne se règle pas
Le ménage n’est pas fait les serviettes pas changées seul le lit est fait quotidiennement.
Porte de la chambre très difficile on devait s’y prendre à 2
$$$$
