Good communication with the staff from the very beginning, including the mandatory registration with the state agency (Vendegem). Great location close to city center on a quiet street. Spaceous kitchen with everything needed for simple daily cooking. Clean and comfy room with personal fridge - a highlight for sure. Work desk. Everything clean and in good condition, clear rules communication and stable wifi, working AC. Very smart adjustable shelves for laptop and nightstand minutiae. Finally, a reasonable price. Stayed for 2 weeks for work and it was perfect.

Not a negative, but something to keep in mind - the safety deposit.

Everything! Check in and check out was very easy, the room was very nice and clean, location was perfect.

Great location. Pretty quiet. Relatively well equipped.

One or two of the gate opening clickers was often quite diffucult to activate, but always worked in the end. Really long and tedious check-in process (deposit had to be sent in advance, a new mobile app had to be downloaded, multiple back and forth messaging was required...), however communication with the represantative was nice and efficient and the deposit has been returned relatively quick.
