Great staff, amazing common area and excellent location. They offered a welcome drink (a shot of a local liqueur), which was nice.
Room was a little tight and no towels included.

Great location in the old town of Colonia. Private room was spacious. Good shower with hot water and good pressure. Room was clean. We were able to rent bikes from the hostel.
It’s a quiet hostel, which worked for us but worth mentioning if you’re looking for typical hostel vibes (however it was low season during our stay).
Heater and bedside light in the room didn’t work.
The communal kitchen is so dirty and unhygienic - I didn’t want to use the microwave to simply heat something up it was so dirty. There should be a daily cleaning of this area.
