I loved how upgraded, clean, and modern the property was! Everything felt well-maintained, and both the pool and restaurants were very nice. The overall atmosphere made the stay enjoyable, and I would definitely recommend the property!

Location was close to beach and everything but used the complimentary shuttle to their Vivo Private beach which was lovely and had a pool and restaurant
Nothing really but had to ask for shower gel as it wasn't refilled when they cleaned the room

We stayed here as a family and had a wonderful time. The location is excellent: Isla Verde Beach is a short walk away, and the airport is only a few minutes by taxi, so arriving and leaving was easy. The pool area was the highlight for us. It has lush tropical landscaping, a pool bar for the adults, and a splash park that kept the kids happy for hours. The beach club shuttle was a great perk. The rooms were modern, clean and bright. Breakfast was good. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. It’s also a convenient base for exploring Old San Juan and the rest of the area. We fell in love with San Juan Old Town.
Nothing significant. Everything met our expectations, and we’d gladly come back.

The location, staff very friendly and kind willing to help you. Keep the artisans coming on the weekend it great !
The room had a door in between rooms and could hear my neighbors talking loud. I call the staff they took care of it quickly. The bedding was not hotel quality! The hot tub was not working
