The staff were very helpful and accommodating - someone was always at the front desk. Very good variety of items at the breakfast buffet. The hotel is set back from the street so it is not noisy. Additionally inside the hotel the noise level from other guests is also at a minimum as there appears to be good construction of the walls and doors. There is an elevator. Everything in the room actually worked! One of my pet peeves is when you are supplied with a water kettle but there is no outlet close by to actually use it - that is not the case here.

Very nice and helpful staff, good location close to business area
The bed, very hard and uncomfortable!! I mean, you stay in a hotel to sleep, so it has to be better! And the bathroom, smell strange and the bathtub has to be changed, preferably to a shower.

the room and washroom was spacious
they have kept a menu in a room if any furniture is damaged. the hotel gave a feeling that we can be scammed
