Most of the friendly staff and the quality of food, the food choice during cocktail section in the executive lounge is impressive that there are 3 different set of food choice in successive 3 days.
While we check out at the Executive Lounge, we have requested a female staff that we sould like to check oit, however a male staff told her that he is helping other guest doing check in, and not free for helping us to do check out, request us to go to the lobby to do. As we are in hurry to go to the airport, we went to the lobby check out, however these experience make me a bad feeling that we have been treated unfairly and uncomfortable.
Besides the water pressure of the shower is too slow in both rooms.

Fine dining
Aging building and inability to deliver breakfast meals as ordered on more than one occasion. Confusion on check out for explanation of charges. Delayed my departure by losing my luggage as my limo waited.
