Clean and comfortable bunkhouse. Good facilities but basic all you want when travelling on a motorbike.
The beer in the main bar was substandard . The Purple Moose did not taste very nice compared to the Gwydr Hotel and the other IPA seemed to be watered down and taste the same.
Hot water was coming out of the tap in the shower area and this was the only place to fill the kettle. Wasn't sure that was healthy. The mattresses were not that good and you could feel the springs on your back.

Beautiful quaint accommodation in a perfect spot. Staff were friendly and helpful. Included breakfast was nice and varied. We had to leave early on our last day so kitchen staff prepared a packed breakfast for us to take with us. Off street parking for our hire car was much appreciated.
We had an issue with the shower ‘leaking’ onto the floor the first night but we were able to rectify this for the second night.

Very good stay, room size was decent and with good car park. Location was very good, all stores and restaurants are surrounded.

Its location. It’s at the centre of Betws y Coed
The old victorian design of the building.
We honestly like it except for the height og the bed. We never had issues staying in bunk beds in the past, but its height was just too low. You can’t even sit when you’re in the bottom bed. The upper bed will be literally in your face as aoon as you lie down.
Although, we like the shower facility, there was inly one toilet shared by everyone. But the positive side of it is it’s working properly.
