Great breakfast and room. Butler service is always a plus. Shower is excellent. Spa was a wonderfully relaxing experience. Value for money lunch options.
No grass areas. Mosquitos at the pool after the rain. AC in hallways was very cold.

The staff is super helpful, attentive and kind. The location is great and connected to the subway station.
Changing the elevator to reach my room in the 16th floor. It’s not a big thing though
