The polite and professional behaviour of all the staff, specifically Mr Deepan Front office manager who was very helpful in responding promptly to all my requests. Will definitely stay there on my next. Have already recommended the hotel to a friend who is checking in a for a few days today.👍

Great atmosphere.cool& calm.
Breakfast menu is gud ,but can still improve.Room Tv channel selections should improve.
Overall its nice to have a stay@ the Gokulam Park.

Breakfast was good. The location is not that great. It is a bit far off from the city. It is closer to the airport though.
The worst part was that the check-in staff would give only one key, stating that it was due to a security requirement. That is a first for me, all over the world. They need to stop this lame excuse and improve on this. Employees need to be trained a lot more. They are not professional in hospitality services, particularly those at the check-in / reception. Restaurant staff were very good and polite and courteous.
