Staying in Okura Act City Hotel is always wonderful feeling. The service was excellent as the staff were friendly and accommodating. The facilities were clean and well-maintained. The food was also delicious. The location is perfect as the hotel is very close to Hamamatsu Station and nearby shopping malls and groceries.

When we arrived for check-in, being peak season, the room was not quite ready, so they kindly upgraded us to a larger room immediately, no fuss, very professional.

I loved the close proximity to the station and that there was excellent service.
Perhaps there could be a few more amenities?
