Excellent location and customer service. Our stay was made very comfortable by Vinay and the host of staff at the resort. Special shout out to Anjana and the chefs at Hornbill restaurant. They went out of their way to make the stay comfortable for my senior citizen parents and toddler.
The stairs to access the restaurant, were a bit cumbersome for my senior citizen parents. But the resort staff made their best efforts to help them out.

The location is mindblowing. Such a perfect view and the resort gives you a calm oasis in the busy munnar. The hosts are the kindest you will ever meet in india. Miss the place

Wonderful duning room with good service and good menu. Food was excellent. Breakfast also very acceptable. Swimming pool location and views were great away from very busy and rather overdeveloping town centre with noisy road widening.
Excellent services from front of house staff having to do their best to satisfy customers who are rightfully disappointed by the poor condition of the accommodation which really lets down the resort. See photos!!
