Very good location in a very nice part of town (best pasteís right across the street). The building itself is not new or cosy, but the room was specious and light, with a little balcony (not to sit, but nice to watch the life in the street). Basics were in the room and it was clean.
No human contact, but communication via whatsapp went well. Good price-quality!
There was a sewage smell in the bathroom. Luckily there were two doors in between and there was a window to open. The building itself was quiet, but be aware you can hear some noise from the street - there is a tramline right beneath.

Amazing location, spacious room, and it was great to have a private bathroom. The free shuttle was also a great bonus.
The sheets and towels were dirty, and overall cleanliness could definitely be improved. The keys were also a bit difficult to use in the doors.

Great location, nice big room basic but clean, easy check in and great communication from the host.
Paper thin walls between rooms it seems, can hear clearly through the walls with other people in adjoining room. Didnt really sleep much due to this. People coming and going then talking and stomping around until 4am some nights. The host was great and very clear about staying quiet after 10Pm. Other customers really didn't give a toss, sadly.
