Hotel Roseg-Gletscher

L’emplacement absolument magnifique, la chambre spacieuse et très confortable avec sa salle de bain privative, le restaurant où nous avons très bien mangé, la terrasse ombragée avec une vue imprenable sur la montagne, la gentillesse et serviabilité du personnel, l’excellent petit déjeuner et la possibilité de lunch package.

Les prix du restaurant sont particulièrement chers et pas à accessible à toutes les bourses!

- Swiss hospitality was lacking . - For a family of 4 - there was only one bottle of water and that too sparkling. - - our booking said Garden facing room but it was not provided - we did not bother to complain as we were in too good a mood and enjoying the location too much and did not want to spoil our mood.

Amazing location. Very good menu, nice rooms (family rooms).

Staff could be a bit more friendly and forthcoming.

Our stay at the hotel started well — we were welcomed kindly and the location is truly beautiful. I would especially like to thank Mr. José and Mr. Daniel for their kindness and professionalism throughout our stay.

However, our experience was seriously affected by a very unpleasant incident. Around 11 p.m., loud music could be clearly heard in our room, making it impossible to rest. The noise lasted long enough that I went to the reception to ask for help, but there was no staff member there. I waited without any assistance and returned to the room, still unable to sleep for a long period. Our group had been awake since 6:00 a.m., and after a long day of traveling we simply wanted to rest. The next morning, when I reported the situation at checkout, I received a brief apology but no explanation for what had happened. Before posting my review here, I wrote an email to the hotel manager asking for some answers, but they have not responded in 24 hours period. For a hotel of this category, this kind of disturbance and lack of support is unacceptable. Unfortunately, this situation had a negative impact on what could have been an excellent stay.
