I like how Whaea is always accomodating when we need extra things like salt or more tea
I didnt like how the stay was too short due to our finances. I would have liked to stay longer

Really friendly and helpful staff. Has everything I need in good location.
Just slightly noisy traffic

The manager was very friendly the minute we arrived. She accommodated our needs because it was a last-minute but urgent booking to lay our heads down for one night.
Through booking.com, I had been to a lot of motels. The rooms are very spacious for 2 adults and 2 teenagers. It is 110% hygiene from the front door to the bathroom, kitchen, and rooms. A rarest moment.
Safe parking, too. Thank you so much, Kauri Lodge, Kaitaia. You deserve a pat on your back.

The lady working reception was very nice and friendly. The kitchenette was pretty good.
Old, tired furnishings, carpet, curtains and bathroom, stained bathroom sink, window didn’t latch properly.
