Like all innkeepers collection it had excellent food/bar. This one in particular was over looking loch Lomond and close to other places to eat
We had to wait to check in even though we got there early and after checking in we couldn't just go straight to the bar and get a drink, we had to wait at the side of the bar first? This is a bit strange as we weren't ordering any food so I think they could have a better system in place here?

The pub downstairs was lovely. Staff friendly and welcoming. Plenty of parking. Oat milk in the rooms too which was welcomed.
There was a smell in the property. Some teething issues with a new check in system but staff were already aware and check in was smooth

Fantastic location right on the River Leven leading into Loch Lomond. Really close to the boat trips too
Room was well decorated and big comfy bed
Our room smelt of damp and wasn’t well maintained - the handle was coming off the bathroom door and the water in sink wasn’t draining.
The rooms are very cosy so no space to sit other than on the bed.
Staff were mixed. The staff of Saturday night were excellent but on Sunday night we sat without a menu or a drink for 20 mins

Hôtel très cosy, décoré avec beaucoup de goût. Le restaurant vaut vraiment le détour, nous nous sommes régalés, et le personnel est très accueillant et agréable."
