Easy to find location, great value, comfortable, close to restaurants area
Time for breakfast was not at 6:30 am, limited menu that can be improved, and there is no gym

Minimal hiccups with the check in process. The receptionist was kind and patient. As a non-Spanish speaker, there was a language barrier, but nothing google translate didn’t help overcome.
The bellhop was very helpful. He gave me an overview of everything in the room.
The room was lovely. Roomy, bright, comfortable and clean!
Breakfast was ok. A greater variety of fruits would have been nice.
There was no hot water. Only after enquiring multiple times was I told the water would become lukewarm after running it for approximately 15 minutes.

the facade was beautiful and also the common areas, however rooms and bathrooms are disgusting, smell so bad and is not clean at all.
very dirty the bedrooms and bathrooms, smelled really bad.
