The St. Regis Shenzhen

St Regis location and facilities were exceptional. Located next to great KK mall, hotel favours clients dine n shop at convenience and leisure after late check in the evening. At the hotel, the reception lobby at 96 floor is stunning, giving clients a 360 view of Shenzhen in both day n night. In the hotel room, the spacious layout and especially the bath room is stunning with well furnished bathtub, shower and toileting. The e powered toilet bowl is equally amazing! Next, hotel has an exceptional pool n jacuzzi co located together, enabling both wife and myself to enjoy. Finally, above all, St Regis butler service is amazing. From welcome champagne drink to complimentary annuversary cake for my wife and I, we celebrated and enjoyed a fabulous anniversary in St Regis. Thank you!

Our stay at the St. Regis Shenzhen was nothing short of exceptional. The beautiful decor and panoramic views created an incredible environment from the very moment we arrived. The dining was a true highlight of our visit; the dinner buffet at Social was exceptional, and the breakfast buffet was equally brilliant. The food was top-notch throughout our stay, and enjoying these delicious meals while taking in the stunning vistas of the city made the experience truly unforgettable. The customer service was equally exemplary. Lilly Zhang and her colleagues were brilliant and went out of their way to ensure our needs were met with warmth and professionalism. Their top-tier care was the perfect complement to this luxurious hotel, and we highly recommend it.

We love the concept of reception lounge. It is so iconic. Service is awesome, particularly the turn around time when we request last minute change with room setting. Thanks concierge team for great advice and guidance.
