Excellent Variable pool possibilities. Together with next hotel building area sharing (included） it is fabulous. Gym is excellent too. Breakfast variability very high standard. Hotel area together with duty free shopping center (very close together) is very nice too. Beach is clean and around beach very nice green garden area. Special positive is Cuban Music Group evenings. This music style is fantastic.
Sheraton Hotel and no any staff can speak English? But OK, depend on scope of quests, if not necessary - OK for me. Non logical thinking on staff in breakfast restaurant - many time they put the air fan just one meter from you. Your food, napkins can fly, your hair too.

Отдых в данном отеле прошел великолепно! Я отдыхала одна и чувствовала себя комфортно! Заселили раньше времени, номера уютные и чистые. Персонал очень дружелюбный и отзывчивый, все вопросы и пожелания исполняли. Отдельно хочется отметить менеджера Сару- без нее мой отдых не был бы таким теплым, уютным и комфортным! Очень приветливая и доброжелательный, готова помочь в любых вопросах! Завтраки вкусные и разнообразные. На ужине много морепродуктов и еще добавили корейское меню. Также на ужине проводят анимационные шоу выступления. Рядом с отелем в 10 минут пешком есть зона фурт-корта, где можно покушать (рестораны китайские). В 15 минут пешком расположен комплекс Атлантис, где можно сходить в самый большой авиапарк и океанариум. В целом расположение отеля отличное, до Санью на такси ехать 30-40 минут.
Пляж и море не понравилось! Пляж был грязным. Постоянно ездили китайцы на квадроциклах и предлагали свои услуги, от их квадроциклов исходил неприятный запах бензина, очень портило впечатление и невозможно было находиться на пляже.
На море высокие волны, поэтому покупаться там не получится

Nice maintained property
General poorly trained staff. All make an effort to be of good service but very junior. Would focus on better training and mix with more senior staff.
