Sara and Aya in reception are sooooo professional. supportive….Makes your stay and life much easier , they are always ready to help…Saeed also in the beach side is very nice guy reflecting a shining image about his Wonderful Gotel.

The reception department with Hagar, Mohamed, Ali, Sara were extremely kind and helpful to give us the best comfort, I was really impressed. The beach access is wonderful, they have several points through the resort, and the corral barrier is awesome. The swimming pool is perfectly clean, and is sorrounded by a peaceful and silent atmosphere. Our deluxe room with sea view was incredibly comfortable. The bed and the pillows guarantee a very good sleep. The shower also really relaxing.

Hagar at the front desk was amazing, very welcoming and helpful. The room was beautiful.
Buffet kept running out of items and not being replaced or monitored. Tennis courts, racquets and balls were very bad. Broken lights, broken racquets and very old balls. Everything else was fine.

L'espace et la piscine et l'attention du personnel
Je n'ai pas apprécié le peu de moyen qui sont mis à disposition pour des animations et des soirées dignes. C'est n'importe quoi.
