Good location within easy walking distance of three main commercial centres (Yumbo, CITA, Sandia) and local supermarkets. Closer to the dunes / beach than most and right alongside the airport bus stop at Plaza Agaete (#66 & #90) Well presented, clean modern design, balcony with pool view. Air-con a huge bonus! Problem with Wi-Fi (the apartment is one of ?many served by a central hub) sorted within 24 hours.

Not particularly well equipped - although the property sleeps up to three there were only two of some essential items (like teaspoons and glasses) and some commonly available items were conspicuous by their absence (citrus squeezer, proper wine glasses, dish drainer, corkscrew!) Both saucepans had loose handles, not a problem if you travel with a Philips screwdriver!, wall clock battery was dead so only accurate twice a day and a set of remote controls for the lighting, air-con, TV and satellite box had no helpful instructions. I finally figured out the central light fitting in the main room on the day before I left 🙄 Never sorted the TV successfully. Main miss for me though was a proper oven, there's only so much you can do with a two ring hob and some pans.

Very helpful hosts, they provided us with everything we needed. There is a washing machine in the bathroom and also all utensils and pots in the kitchenette. Location was good and right above a couple of supermarkets and cafes. Nice view from the room to the pool, palm trees and mountains. Free secure parking!

Everything was great. Make sure you clarify during the booking if you require a double bed or 2 singles.

La limpieza falla un poco. Los utensilios de cocina, eran retales de aquí y allá.

Aloe apartments are very central and the pool is great

It had not been cleaned from the previous occupant and the bed had a massive dip in the middle so you were sleeping at an angle - either side.
