We chose the hotel because we had an early morning flight, and it was close to the airport. The room was quite large and met our needs. Breakfast was very good with a nice variety of breads, cereals, fruits, hot foods, and meats/cheeses. The breakfast attendant was lovely - she was very accommodating and made sure we had everything we wanted.
The room was a little warm and we were unable to open the window to get a little fresh air. That would have helped us sleep a little better.

Breakfast was good and I liked the variety. Although, it could do with a light cereal and a jar of vegemite.
Lack of anywhere close by to get something to eat at night (nearest 15 min walk away and just pizza?). I had wanted somewhere with airport transfer - what I ended up with was somewhere near the airport with no airport transfer - had to use taxis to get to the airport and then airport shuttle to get into Reykjavik and back. Yes, I should have done more research but the booking.com recommendation was not what I had asked for.
