Once the heating was turned on due to it being a cold and stormy night, our bedroom turned much warmer. Comfortable bed, and good breakfast. Very helpful proprietor whi provided us a couple of useful maps and the room was clean.
Everything was good.

Super charming B&B in Waterville. Great room and super nice bathroom. Tasty breakfast. Arrived late and there was a note and a key waiting. Very close to Waterville golf course.

Location of the facility.
That there were 6 steps in place from the bedroom floor to the bathroom, which presented a challenge.
