Персонал был превосходный. Очень дружелюбный, помог мне решить мои проблемы связанные с поездкой
Сне очень понравились люди, которые работают в этом отеле. Я была с кошкой и мне принесли горшок для нее, и не взяли дополнительную оплату за проживание с кошкой, чего не было в 5* отеле где с меня взяли 36 евро и даже коробку картонную не дали, которую можно было использовать вместо кошачьего горшка. Думаю в 5* отеле мои проблемы связанные с поездкой и языковой барьер никто бы не помог решить, а в этом отеле помогли, как родственники себя вели. Очень хорошие люди там работают.

Very kind staff, well located, cheap for a 3 star hotel.
Carpet was dirty (hair). When İ arrived in the bedroom, 3 lightbulbs were broken. Thankfully they were replaced by new ones right away, but one would expect the room to be checked before renting. There was a small kitchenette which was a nice surprise but no kitchen set to allow the guest to cook something : 2 plates, a plastic box, a glass pitcher and a juice maker. No cuttlery, no glasses, no pans. İn the end the kitchenette was disappointing.
