Vers nice hotel in Kuta, nice pool, spacious rooms with balcony, nice bath room, not new. But well maintained
The staff reception and driver was not very friendly, restaurant too loud with live music and singing Americans

The staff are very accommodating, the rooms were very clean & the location is close to everything but still peaceful & quiet at night.
Some of the other guests were quite loud & doing dangerous jumps into the pool even late at night.
