We had a very nice stay in the center of Lucca. From here everything is in walking distance. The room and bathroom were very clean and the host was very friendly and gave us some tips about where to go and where to have breakfast.
There are multiple rooms in one building so important is to be quiet in the night because every sound is to be heard. This is also written in the room.

The property had character and close locations to sites. It was clean and the host was very welcoming

Le check-in était mal organisé.
L’hôte a cessé de répondre à nos courriels et nous nous sommes retrouvés sans code pour entrer à l’hôtel, à 22h le soir. Il a fallu demander aux employés d’un restaurant de contacter l’hôte par téléphone.

Location was good.
Mirko was a very good host and affable.
Size of room and shower room very small.
Lighting poor if you want to read. Not like brochure pictures.
Facilities very basic, tea/coffee making facilities in communal corridor.
