Olde world's historical building. Not so much a posh place as a magnificent building and location with character.

Everything in the hotel and room are such good quality and the staff are all so helpful so it is a very special place. I loved my roll top claw foot bath and the huge comfortable bed. I am glad I spent extra on a higher grade room as it was worth it.
Can't think of anything.

Staff were helpful, location was good for York & in the coastal direction.
Food sometimes less desirable.
