Premier Inn Würzburg

The room was nice, clean and comfortable, and the location was very convenient.

The receptionist was unfriendly and dismissive when we asked about parking. We were told the signs were large and easy to spot, but we only found one small sign on a nearby car wash building. We paid €17 for 24-hour parking, but the card did not work when leaving. We had to return to reception, where we were told we had been given the wrong card. Unfortunately, the receptionist was not much friendlier the next day either. The hotel itself was fine, but the reception service made the stay feel unnecessarily unpleasant.

Amazing view of the castle and old town, huge windows wtih a nice sofa and table to relax. Coffee, tea and water available. Excellent breakfast and close to stores.

I used to stay in it but when I made the booking I didn’t know that it’s under renovation and the stay was not convenient to us .cleaning by request not everyday the AC was not cold enough (the weather was very hot) As well as there no ice in the hotel.The breakfast is poor . I’m not satisfied in my last stay .
