For hotel rating quite cramped around bed . Outside cafeteria area was often in need of good clean . Not the fault of the hard working very professional staff , just extra help needed. Breakfast average .

A beautiful building right on the seafront

Rooms were functional and very clean. A wonderful location.

1 pillow per person and of very poor quality, had to use a decorative cushion to provide more support for sleeping. They were not in keeping with the good comfort of the rest of the facility. We indicated at the time of booking we were celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary and this was acknowledged by the hotel at the time of booking. However there was zero attention to this on checking in. Secondly it appears that rooms 311 / 312 / 313 are the smallest rooms in the hotel and we were allocated one of these. It appeared to be quite a bit smaller than the other standard Double rooms on that floor. No request on checking on out how our stay was. I think the young staff need to be somewhat more engaging.
