The breakfast was amazing, a view just would have been nice like to the mountain or harbour. Location was not that bad. We felt safe and had lovely stay overall. Our stay was really nice and we will definitely come again soon. This time with family.
The view of breakfast, but otherwise all was amazing. TV can maybe be placed more in front of bed so that can relax in bed and watch. Our stay was really nice and we will definitely come again soon. This time with family.

The staff were warm and attentive throughout my stay, and the location was perfect for exploring Cape Town. Breakfast was generous and filling, and I appreciated the convenience of the shuttle service to the V&A Waterfront.
The room felt dated and in need of some refurbishment—not because anything was broken, but because it looked and smelled old. The corridor on the 28th floor had a persistent sewage smell, which was unpleasant. Our bathroom didn’t have a shower curtain, so every shower left the floor soaked. For a hotel of Southern Sun’s standard, I expected better amenities, including basics like bedroom slippers.
