Clean, secure, comfortable, very nice bathroom.
Staff special mention to Jackie, Chloe, Peter and Kevin
Poor WiFi and cold at times, I did report it to Jackie at reception who notified house keeping.
Would recommend another duvet or heater for colder conditions

The hotel is finished to a very high standard - the fittings and furnishings are good quality and decoration is tasteful. Our room (Ravens) was on the second floor and spacious and quiet. The continental breakfast was lovely and completely adequate for us, and we enjoyed the ambience of the dining room. Staff were very attentive and friendly. It is only a few minutes’ walk into town.
Nothing.
